It infuriates me that this person has insinuated himself into my consciousness. So many of the Substacks that I read have published articles about him. There is no escaping him. He is an attention seeker first and foremost and he seems to have succeeded beyond even his wildest fantasies. I do hope that his brief burst of fame fizzles out with all possible speed and that we are left in peace.
A great article agreed. I heard an interview with the Bud light brand manager. A 41 year old woman who really seemed to think her job was about educating people to be (amongst other things) “nice” like her. She seemed to think that being a female in a man’s world was quite unique and worthy of praise. What she didnt appear to realise was she got there because of women like me, who really fought to break through and get a job in an all male environment. Women like me are now ridiculed by women like her because we don’t accept the idea that men can be women. Pass me a bucket
Indeed. Also that these people get influential positions in brands that they detest is alarming. They do not care about the product; for them such roles are merely places from which to project their limpbrained worldview.

There is an un-spoken theme, which is shown in this article - the allegedly backward 'out of fashion' views of the mid-West are not backward at all, but firmly rooted in knowing right from wrong. It is the fashionable elite who are in the blue, not the hard working honest 'masses' of the world.
